To make ends meet, he started working two jobs: washing dishes at Blue Ridge Grill and working in golf course maintenance at Raspberry Falls. He didn't speak English and he knew if he wanted to succeed, he had to learn it. By taking ESL classes in the evenings and submerging himself in English during the day, he was able to quickly become fluent, as well as earn his GED.
While waiting tables at Blue Ridge Grill, he met a local REALTOR® who encouraged him to get his license and join his team. He started his real estate career at age 22, and by applying what he had learned in his previous jobs, he was able to succeed in a very competitive real estate market.
Over the past few years of assisting his clients, he has realized that real estate is one of the best tools to create long-term wealth. David prides himself on building long-term relationships with his clients so he can not only help them through a transaction, but advise them on how to build wealth - something he's personally striving to achieve. First time home buyers are especially important to him because it is something he never thought he could accomplish, especially as an immigrant. Now, a homeowner himself, David has been able to help many individuals and families who are in similar situations accomplish their goals.
With over 27 million in sales since starting his career, David is honored to be able to help his clients achieve their goals. He is especially proud of his most recent accomplishment: being named one of Loudoun's 40 Under 40 for 2021 (a recognition of Loudoun’s rising business and community leaders).
When he's not helping clients, you can find David doing crossfit, listening to podcasts and books that inspire him, spending time with friends, and enjoying the beautiful outdoors of Loudoun County.
